The Process of Our Services
Our consultants with rich experience in international business directly respond to the inquiries from foreign-affiliated enterprises. Inquiries can be made in three ways: via e-mail, telephone and interview. TBEP provides consultation service mainly in Japanese and English. For technical consultation, TBEP introduces specialists in each field, including public notaries, certified public accountants (CPAs) and certified tax accountants, who can offer services in foreign languages. All our services are free of charge.
Taking advantage of the partnership with the related organizations, TBEP offers extensive information ranging from business to daily life aiming at providing business and daily life support to everyone working for foreign-affiliated enterprises that operate in Tokyo!

After confirming the receipt, we will generally reply to you within 3 days.
Even for an inquiry that requires adjustment/coordination with our related organizations, we will respond to you via e-mail within 10 days.
Inquiry via Telephone. Our English-speaking consultants directly respond to your inquiry by the telephone.

Inquiry via Direct Visit to Our Office. Our English-speaking consultants directly respond to your inquiry at the office located on the 30th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Your reservation in advance is recommended.
