  • Explained how to apply for tenancy, and how applicants are screened

  • Presented the options of using the public labour bureau ("Hello Work") or a private job placement company for recruiting
  • Also provided a referral to English counseling services of the Labor Standards Supervision Office and Social Insurance Office.
